Emergency Preparedness & Incident Reporting
Incident Occurs
Direct the driver to secure the area, request to administer first aid if required, call local authorities, truck owner and promptly inform the TruKKer emergency response team and supervisor
Document Details
Gather all relevant information, including location, time, parties involved, and photographs if possible
Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
The TruKKer safety team reviews the information, conducts an investigation, perform a RCA to identify the contributing factors, prepare a report
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
The TruKKer safety team develops corrective actions, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress to ensure timely completion

How do I report a safety concern?
You can report safety concerns through by emailing qhsse@trukker.com, or by speaking directly with your supervisor. All reports are confidential and critical to maintaining our safety standards.
How often should I complete safety training?
Initial training is required upon joining TruKKer, with refresher courses recommended annually. Certain specialized certifications may have different renewal requirements, which will be communicated to relevant team members.
Can I suggest safety improvements?
Absolutely! TruKKer encourages all employees to contribute ideas for safety improvements. Submit your suggestions by emailing qhsse@trukker.com or during monthly safety meetings. Your insights from daily operations are invaluable in enhancing our safety culture.
